STRASBURG, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A Dover-based environmental services company and a Cleveland-area sand processing business have announced plans to develop a sandstone mining and sand processing facility.
The facility will be built along I-77 near Strasburg.
Kimble Company and Independence OH LLC will hire 120 new employees for the venture.
Their joint release says Kimble brings the mining expertise to the project, which will be the fourth sand processing facility for Independence.
They expect to serve the region’s burgeoning oil and natural gas industry.
